Coax cable in a pinball machine
Hack wiring below the playfiled
Someone decided that since they broke the mount for the coil that they would wire the coil wires to a piece of COAX CABLE.

I finally had some friends over that were willing to help bring some pins down to the basement. One pin that I purchased and was in the garage was Panthera, a 1980 Gottlieb System 80 machine. I bought this for a good price so I was expecting some issues but so far it has been as expected… The system has some interesting hacks that I have to take care of. Someone decided that since they broke the mount for the coil that they would wire the coil wires to a piece of COAX CABLE. I am not sure what they were thinking as the other end was really not connected to anything. Not sure what they were doing with this so I am going to have to investigate further. At the moment the system board and the power supply are having issues. I swapped out the power supply but will have to get a new system board to keep moving. Reached out to someone local and they are going to get back to me today if they have one for testing!
